Influence of learning and internship satisfaction on students’ intentions to stay at their current jobs: survey of students participating in Taiwan’s dual education system

Abstract We investigated the effectiveness of Taiwan’s dual education system, referred to as system vocational training policy (DSVTP) program. By surveying 722 randomly selected respondents participating in DSVTP program, we examined effects students’ satisfaction with their learning and internship program on intentions stay at current jobs. employed structural equation modeling analyze associations among factors. Our empirical results revealed positive correlations between satisfaction, job involvement, job. These also suggested that students are largely satisfied this would promote them job, which turn helps alleviate youth unemployment. On basis statistical analysis results, implications could serve a reference future reforms Taiwan discussed.
